ADMINISTRATION

Pastoral Council elections are scheduled for the first weekend in November each year.   Once elections are final, full membership for the Pastoral Councils, Facilities Committee, and Finance Council will be printed in the weekly church bulletin.

 

PASTORAL COUNCILS

Each parish elects six of its members to serve on a Pastoral Council for a term of four years. They advise the Pastor on issues concerning their parish and assist in the practical care of their parish, meeting bi-monthly. Two members sit on the parish Finance Council; two members sit on the parish Facilities Committee; two members become parish Trustees.

 

FACILITIES COMMITTEE

Each parish has a five member Facilities Committee to advise the Pastor on plant maintenance and enhancement. They assist in the practical care of the various facilities of their parish. They meet bi-monthly along with the Pastoral Council. Two members are from the Pastoral Council; three others are appointed jointly by the Pastoral Council and the Pastor.

 

FINANCE COUNCIL

Each parish has a five member Finance Council to advise the Pastor on fiscal matters for their parish. They assist in establishing and maintaining the budget for their parish. They meet bi-monthly along with the Pastoral Council. Two members are from the Pastoral Council; three others are appointed jointly by the Pastoral Council and the Pastor.
